2012 SPRING SEASON REGISTRATION

The Addison United Soccer Club invites you to register for our spring soccer program!

Registrations for our programs are managed through the GotSoccer.com web site. To register online or access your account please use the link below. The page will open in a new browser window.

2012 Fees
U8-U10 : $100.00 (includes T-shirt and socks)
U12-U14 : $125.00 (includes regular season games + 1 tournament. Does not include uniform.)
U16-U19 : $150.00 (includes regular season games + 1 tournament. Does not include uniform.)

For the Division 1 teams,  a $35 late fee will be assessed after 1/6/2012

Registration will close  for Div 2/3 teams on February 29. Then, a $15 late fee will be assessed after 2/6/2012. Any registrations after that time will be accepted but delivery dates for uniforms can not be guaranteed.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
To create your family account with GotSoccer follow these steps:

1. Click on the registration link above.
2. Under New Users click on Create Family Account.
3. Enter the requested information then click Register at the bottom of the page.
4. Click on Add Player to Family on the right side of the page.
5. Under the Existing Player Account enter the username & password for your first child then click on New Player Account to add him/her.
6. Click on Home in the upper left corner to see all family members.
7. You will need to click on Register Now next to the first players name, follow screens to check out and click on Finish & Submit Registration.
8. You should see a page that says Registration Submitted! Please print your registration for your records.
9. To return to your Family home page to continue registering remaining family members choose Click Here under the Next Steps box.

INDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION FOR THE FIELDHOUSE – SESSION 2 (Feb – April, 2012)

REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the winter/spring 2012 indoor soccer session 2 at the Fieldhouse in Shelburne. This program runs from February 3 – April 20.  See details below and CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

U18 Boys League (Ages 14 – 18)
TUES 5 – 8 pm :
Feb 7, 14, 21, Mar 6, 13, 20, 27, Apr 3, 10, 17 (10 weeks, $100)

U14 Girls League (Ages 11 – 14)
WED 4 – 6 pm :
Feb 8, 15, 22, Mar 7, 14, 21, 28, Apr 4, 11, 18 (10 weeks, $100)

U17 Girls League (Ages 13 – 17)
THUR 4 – 7 pm : Feb 9, 16, 23, Mar 8, 15, 22, 29, Apr 5, 12, 19 (10 weeks, $100)

U11 COED League
FRI 4 pm – 7 pm (Half Field) : Feb 3, 10, 17, Mar 9, 16, 23, 30, Apr 6, 13, 20 (10 weeks, $65)
